The Last Post....Of the month June

A huge fabulous warm hello to our In At The Station Community and a warm welcome to our new commers that have joined us in the past two weeks. Its really encouraging to see our community grow and to know we have members from the USA to Irland is truly amazing & inspiring, thank you so much.

Congratulations to our lucky member who answered question one correct and received the Organic Rose Hip Oil, I truly hope you are enjoying it & your feedback is most welcome.
So the lip balm is still up for grabs, the first person to answer the question will receive a pottle of natural nudi point lip balm.
Question: How long ago did Bliar start his venture of nudi point???
A clue: look at the last blog and go to "what Blair has to say" their the answer will be revealed.....good luck.

on the last post I shared my ginger hot choc recipe, I do hope some of tried it out as it tastes good, warms you up on a day or evening & also has some really fabs health benefits.

ginger is a magical spice & so versatile in baking, cooking & adding to beverages of all sorts and to natural medicinal products....
when I do the research on this powerful spice I'm so pleased this is the one I picked to go with a hot choc and at whilst we rest....the wonders start to happen, I always say "Our bodies heal at rest" and that's why its so important to rest when we are tired, sick and stressed because if we don't our bodies go into overdrive and from there over a period of time its all down hill...I'll pick up the down hill bit in my next post.

Here are twelve health benefits of taking ginger, some are common knowledge others not so much:
High in antioxidants, curbs motion sickness & morning sickness, reduces muscle pain, reduces menstrual pain,, lowers blood pressure, improves brain function, lowers cholesterol, promotes gut health, helps common colds, helps relieve stress & ant-aging.

for more details go to:
the health benefits of ginger by clarissa vanner m.forkly.com
I love ginger myself because of gut health, lowering cholesterol & blood pressure plus stress, which I have all three plus a high percentage of the population. and these elements are the highest health risks in the world....these are my personal opinions however do the research it is all there. I use spices a lot in my drinks, and I feel my gut health is now on the mend plus my bp is more under control as meds weren't working too well. as I will share on my next blog what I put in my morning coffee, this you must all try. Do try, in what ever way you wish and please share to the rest of us.

Happenings in the boutique

ok I need to share what I have been doing for the past two weeks...vintage with anne mckay, unfortunately I couldn't meet with anne as she was away however she gave me some info to share tonight.

meet designer anne mc kay:

Anne was born in England and after grammar school anne decided toto go to art school and study fashion. this lead to a career in tv costume design at the bbc In London, which in turn lead to an offer to join NZTV. Anne came to live in NZ in nineteen seventy four and also had several businesses including knitwear where anne enjoyed designing and sourcing yarns and fabrics form all over the world but mainly from Italy. Annes own label is anne mc kay, her clothing now vintage still looks fabulous today and due to the very good quality in the yarn her items have stood up to the test of time.
Its a great pleasure to have Annes clothing in the boutique as they will be a very rare item to find.

skincare:

Nude Kiwi:

tonight I'm going to give my personal feedback on the nude kiwi night cream. why, because its my favorite & I wear as my day cream but that's me.
I really enjoy this product as Its rich and creamy plus I enjoy working/massaging It Into my skin in which recrates fabulous blood flow feeding the skin nutrients and oxygen. Plus all the goodies from the cream its self is giving a total extra bonus to your complexation, all the ingredients are natural and made in Nelson, NZ...I know I have mentioned before, I put this product/brand on the top shelf of skincare. That is my personal thoughts due to using the product myself and also using top brands like Dr Lewinns. Below I have copied all the details/ingredients of this product. I feel July may be a good time to promote it, your thoughts please???

Gosh, I can go on &on...I wont. We are just about half way to Christmas, where has the time gone and for many of us it has been a very hard year with different weather events, increase of mortgage rates and food prices going through the roof...just to mention a few. So if you know of someone in need, reach out to them as sometimes its just a smile or a hug they need. If they are struggling financially find the resources that maybe able to help them or a simple invite to a shared meal...don't let them suffer.
In Rawene every Monday at the Babtist Church is complementary soup day from the heart, the soup is yummy and the company even better. Starting this Saturday at the boutique there will be our Saturday give away table (as long as its not raining). A ray of products to give from the heart all in good order. so If you know some one please let them know or come down to rawene and join us.

everyone have a blessed week, thank you for your time reading our news letter and please all feedback welcome as long as its kind. Share a smile, a hug, friendship and love & lets catch up next week.
